The new Federal Minister for Building has confirmed: Klara Geywitz will attend the premiere of the Real Estate Arena in Hanover on 18 May. She accepted the organisers' invitation and will speak on the Real Estate Arena stage in the afternoon of the first day about the housing policy of the Berlin traffic light coalition.

Afterwards, she will discuss current challenges in building policy with the state chairwoman of the Lower Saxony Association of Architects, Dilek Ruf.

As the new real estate fair in Germany, the Real Estate Arena focuses on the medium-sized real estate sector and the B and C cities. An extensive conference programme on two stages will focus on their perspectives in strategic keynotes, panel discussions and many best cases.

More than 160 participating companies are expected in exhibition hall 23. The organisers, Deutsche Messe AG and Real Estate Events GmbH, expect around 3,000 visitors.
